About Us
Situated in the North East Calgary, Alberta, and within less than 10 minutes drive from the Calgary Airport, the Women’s Health Clinic is served by a female Family Physician taking care of female patients of all ages and their women related health concerns.
It’s a clinic for women patients for their health concerns by a Female Physician with 16 yrs practicing experience in Canada. We can see all women patients for health advise and arrange all required laboratory bloodwork or investigation.
Patients can call clinic directly to book their appointments.
Patients do not need to get a referral to see our Doctor in Women’s Health Clinic in most cases.
We advise all patients to book a follow up appointment to review their results with our doctor. You can also take a copy of your results.
Dr Neetu Saini is a Family Doctor with interest in women’s health. Clinic wants to serve all women patients.
Our doctor will not become your Family doctor.

Services We Offer
Prenatal (Pregnancy) Care
Pap Test
A Pap Test is a screening test to look for changes in the cervix which is the lower part of the uterus seen on a vaginal exam by the doctor. This test is used to screen for cervical cancer. The recommended Pap test schedule is based on your age and on things that increase your risk. At Women’s Health Clinic we can book patients requiring Pap test.
Pelvic Exam
It includes examining your pelvic organs. This examination is done to evaluate symptoms, such as pelvic pain or abnormal vaginal bleeding and discharge. It may also be done to collect samples of cells for cervical cancer screening. At the Women’s Health Clinic you can book your Pelvic exam with the female Family Physician.
Breast Problems
Many women with breast pain or breast lumps worry about breast cancer. At the Women’s Clinic we can do Clinical Breast Exams and arrange Mammograms to screen for breast cancer.
Self Breast Exam (SBE) – our doctor will also teach you how to do SBE at home.
Bone Density Test
Bone Density is a kind of Xray of bones to check the density of minerals ( calcium ) in your bones. It helps find out if you have osteopenia ( low bone density) or osteoporosis (when bones become thin and porous). Our doctor can arrange this test as needed based on age and risk factors.
Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) test
We offer counselling, testing for STD’s and treatment.
Birth Control
Birth control is a method to prevent pregnancy. There are different types of Birth control options. We offer birth control advice or prescription .
IUD Removal
we offer IUD removal in the Women’s Health Clinic. Doctor can discuss the IUD removal process and other birth control options as you need. we do not do IUD insertion. We can arrange a referral to Specialists for IUD insertion if you need one.
Urine Problems
Women who have urine concerns can book an appointment with our doctor .
Pregnancy Test
We provide early prenatal care for low risk pregnancy upto 20 weeks pregnancy and then refer to another doctor who can provide further care till delivery. Patients can follow up for postpartum check if they do not have a Family Physician to follow but if they have a Family Doctor we encourage follow up with their Family Physician after delivery.
Skin Problems
We offer treatment and advise for skin problems like Acne, Hyperpigmentation, certain Rashes.

Meet the Doctor
Dr. Neetu Saini completed her Medical School in India in 1999. In pursuit to advance her career, she then completed her Family Medicine Residency training from the University of Alberta in 2006. She has Certification from College of Family Physicians (CCFP) and has been practicing as a Family Doctor since 2006. She has worked in rural Alberta region until 2017 and then decided to move to Calgary for her children education needs. She realized need for an all Women only clinic in Calgary where women can feel comfortable to discuss their women related health concerns with a female Family doctor.
Being a woman I realized the need for a caring, non rushed environment for women’s health check. I understand how some women would feel comfortable discussing their health issues with a female physician.
